Manager - Business Development - Hotel (4-7 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Find potential expansion in Delhi-NCR; Handle inbound requests for spaces to be on the platform.
- Manage relations with on boarded partner, Work with partners regularly on adding more benefits for coworkers
- Chalk out the growth plan for certain geographies (and another city in 4-5 months)
- Bring strategic partners where we can onboard multiple spaces
Travelling:
- Frequent in-city travel to onboard new spaces, areas
- All travelling expenses will be paid by the company at standard industry norms
Requirements:
- Very polished and good communication skills.
- Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate.
- Ability to take ownership; Target oriented
- Humble and hardworking
- Ability to lead a team of 2-3
