JD -

1. Be a part of the Corporate Sales Team - Pan India (presently Delhi & Mumbai,Bangalore)

2. Develop and execute the business strategies in order to attain the goals of the organisation


3. Provide strategic advice to the Management so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company's future


4. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

5. Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities


6. Oversee the process financial performance, investments and other business ventures


7. Responsible to onboard new potential accounts/ corporates who are involved in international trade and travel

8. Showcase a strong presence in social media and professional networks


9. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Proven experience of minimum 6 years in the Business Development role handling multinational IT firms in Bangalore. Preferably from the Travel/Hospitality sector


2. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans

3. Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company


4. Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance


5. Familiarity with management best practices


6. Excellent organisational and leadership skills


7. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

8. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities

9. Technically strong and updated - G Suite, CRM & Sales Processes.
