We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an HMS (Hospital Management System) Product Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our HMS software solutions to hospitals in Kerala market

Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.

- Strong experience and network with doctors.

- Reach out to potential clients in a resourceful and engaging way

- Develops strategies to explore new regions to generate more business

- Present and close business at the Hospital/State /City /District level

- Ensures higher level of engagement to meet renewal targets.

- Evaluate market trends and proactively conduct a competitor/opportunity analysis.

- Constant follow up with prospective customers.

- A go-getter attitude is required for this role as an Individual Contributor

- Forecast, track key account metrics, and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholder

Qualification & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree- any

- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software

- Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job

- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients

- Willing to travel
