Manager - Business Development - Hospital Management (8-10 yrs)

Location : Chennai
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans for assigned clinics, focusing on market expansion, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including physicians and referral sources.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns (Workshops, CMEs etc) to generate awareness and drive patient inquiries.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including outreach campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the patient intake process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective patients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage and monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the cluster.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business goals.
- Network with industry professionals at conferences, events, and professional organizations.
- Travel to assigned clinics as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies.
- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
Skills & Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or fertility clinic industry.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
