Manager - Business Development - Home Loan (1-3 yrs)

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for achieving assigned targets in the location through on call and direct interaction with prospective buyers to convert project specific enquiries into sales.

KEY RESULT AREA (Duties & Responsibilities):

1. Primary responsibility is to tie up with Builders, Real Estate Agents through conducting personal meeting.

2. Demonstrating and Presenting Loan products.

3. Establishing new Business Tie ups & Partnerships.

4. Maintaining proper Records.

5. Attending Builder's & other trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

6. To review sales performance

7. Negotiating contracts and packages

8. To ensure working to achieve monthly & annual targets.

Education: Graduation, B.Com, B.B.A., B.B.M., B.M.M.

Age: 21- 30

Desired Profiles & Requirements:

1. Experience with Loan DSA as a Sales Executive with above similar role - 1 year or more with Loan DSA or Bank.

2. Complete Understanding of Home Loan segment

3. Experience of Outbound Meetings

4. Strong English, Hindi Communication Skills & Convincing & negotiation Skills.

5. Own Bike & Driving License

Compensation:

INR 2,16,000 - 2,76,000 fixed salary (incentives are additional).

Official Mobile expenses and Official Travel (as per company specified mode and policy) is reimbursed.

Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Candidate should be from Outbound Sales & Home loan Process only.

No Inbound & Blended calling/ Sales/ Emails etc.
