Business development manager


- We are looking to onboard an individual in our Business Development/Sales team who wishes to be a part of a growing venture that values daily learnings in all facets of the above-mentioned transaction cycle. All such learnings shape and strengthen our internal processes.

- The selected individual will be in a customer facing role where he/she takes up the fresh leads post filtering for relevance and takes them through the complete sales cycle to closure.


- The role involves understanding customer requirement, rationalizing and benchmarking customer recce on other options/competitors, closing transactions and nurturing customer relationship during and post the construction period.

- The role requires the selected individual to form an understanding of our product offering, customer emotions, sales stages in such transactions, a construction technology that Prithu offers, costing elements that affect projects, design sense and building Bye-laws for primary discussions during the sales cycle.


- Our on-the-job training offers a great learning opportunity for an individual looking to accelerate his/her understanding of the industry and how tech-based start-ups are disrupting conventional businesses.

Profile requirements :

Education : MBA

Work Experience : 2-5 years

Preferred Profiles : Resources working in profiles that involve customer engagement like wealth management, corporate bank account management, HNI portfolio handling in Mutual Fund Houses, corporate sales in Insurance companies, HNI real estate sales with Grade-A developers like Shobha, DLF etc. would be preferred as well.
