HelpNow is a social organisation run by students and alumni of IIT Bombay, building India's most reliable Medical Response service by reducing help arrival times from 50 minutes to 10 minutes.
Job Profile:
- We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Head to increase HelpNow's presence in the corporate sector by devising strategies, getting new clients and delighting the existing ones.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Increasing client base, and managing and retaining existing partnerships.
- Negotiating with stakeholders.
- Leading sales team, training and delivering results from team members.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Coordinating with other departments of the organisation to deliver services leading to client satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years- of sales experience.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
- Contacts at Corporates, MNCs and SMEs in India.
Salary Range:
Rs 50k-80k/ per month.
