Manager - Business Development - Healthcare (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, Hospital, Physiotherapist, dental, diagnostic centers, and other health care professionals.

- ATL & BTL Activities

- Conducting daily visits to healthcare professionals, clinics, School, College institute, Corporate client etc.

- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. PRO, Sales Team) to ensure smooth processes.

- Presenting company Service to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.

- Identifying customers needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs.

- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.

- Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.

- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.

- Researching competitors' products, pricing, and market success.

- Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.

- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.

Requirements :

- MBA in marketing or Graduate.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Medical Office Management, or related field is preferred.

- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is advantageous.

- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing desirable is 5 years plus

- Proven medical sales experience in same region (Mumbai MMR)

- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.

- Good communication skills, decision-making abilities, transparent, confident

- Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
