Duties/Responsibilities :
- To promote a range of oral hygiene products to dental professionals by:
- Management of a select number of established and more recently acquired customers; maintaining regular contact, understanding their needs, co-ordinating/providing training and identifying areas for growth
- Achieve monthly activity and sales revenue targets
- Provide monthly reporting documenting pipeline activities & progression of identified opportunities
- Network and research to identify prospective influencers who meet the companies target customer profile
- Increasing awareness among dental professionals of the oral hygiene risks associated with specialist treatments (specifically implant, perio and orthodontic treatments)
- Working with the clinical directors/practice owners to establish a clear understand of the efficacy of the ranges and how these products can help safeguard treatment success
- Delivering In-Surgery Training focusing on the oral hygiene risks associated with particular treatments, overview of clinical evidence and how the Company's products and services provide patients with optimal protection
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage customer relationships - ensuring appropriate product recommendation and usage, assisting practise to adapt their protocols to increase focus on oral hygiene
- Identify, co-ordinate and attend qualified regional and national hygiene and specialist events
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including: training programmes, brochures, product sheets and social media
