Manager - Business Development - Furniture Industry (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive/ Manager to join our team at Black and Blue. As a Business Development Executive/ Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base in the Furniture industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 2 to 5 years of experience. The job location is Hitec City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role

- Experience in the Furniture industry is strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as needed

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients in the Furniture industry and develop strategies to attract and acquire new business.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

- Pitch and present our services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value we can offer.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, revenue, and pipeline

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and customer needs to drive product and service enhancements.

- Managing a team size of 3 BDE.

- Competing the monthly targets.
