Business Development Manager- JD:

Job Location: Ahmedabad and Vadodara

Experience: 5-7 years in international freight forwarding

Salary: Max - 6 to 8LPA

Number of Positions for BDM: 2 at Ahmedabad and 1 at Vadodara

Sr. Executive Sales- JD:

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 3-5 years in international freight forwarding

Salary: Max - 3 to 5LPA (Exception can be approved for high salary on case to case basis)

Number of Positions for Sr. Executive Sales: 2 at Ahmedabad and 1 at Vadodara

The Roles and Responsibilities :

- Extended experience and sound knowledge in Air Imports, Sea Imports (FCL - Focused)

- Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts maintain records of customer details / sales visits

- Should be able to commit and deliver base Gross profit of 3-4 times of total CTC

- Hard Core Sales Person covering all products of Freight forwarding with Core Focus and customer base for IMPORTS both by Air / Ocean

- Should be able to commit and deliver real business with core customers and conversions

- Identify potential customers and register opportunities

- Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts

Skills and Experience Required :

- 4+ years- for BDM and 2-3 Years for Sr. Executive, sales experience in international freight forwarding

- Should believe in leading by examples, who can provide a compelling vision to the entire team

- Strong & inspiring leadership qualities with pleasing personality

- Excellent communication & presentation skills (regional languages will be an added advantage)

- Self-motivated, performance driven, Enthusiastic & Energetic

- Sound knowledge on Air Imports, Sea Imports - FCL

- Profit Center Management and sound business acumen

- Entrepreneurial outlook for the business with focus on speed and profitable growth

- Good analytical skill & Learning Skills

- Motivational team building skills
