Manager - Business Development - Freight Forwarding (8-12 yrs)
1) To do Sales activity for Air & Sea Freight Import & Export Services
2) Participation in development of project forwarding business, Quote /negotiate and close sales proposals with clients, to achieve the targets.
3) To perform regular market surveys and gauge the market pulse and keep abreast with the moves of the Competition.
4) To collect regular feedback from Customers to gauge Customer delight and effect improvement wherever necessary.
Skills:
1) Sales experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry (Air and Sea).
2) Self-motivated and possessing excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
3) Strong new business background and account management background.
4) Proven sales success in a the same/similar field.
5) Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
6) Team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
