Manager - Business Development - Franchisee Acquisition - Broking House (1-3 yrs)
We are currently working on a Business Development profile into Franchise Acquisition for one of the well established Broking Houses.
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Primarily acquiring new franchisee/sub-broker.
2. Identifying new channel partners & ensuring they are profitable.
3. Achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
4. Revenue generation through the channel.
5. Ensuring the smooth induction of the franchise.
6. Building and increasing depth in existing relationships & acquiring new franchisee/sub-broker
7. Reporting in desired formats for due evaluation and strategy formulation.
Preferred Candidates :
1. Min 1 - 3 years of experience in retail broking industry.
2. Preference for those having experience in the franchise segment.
3. Worked with top 20 broking houses.
