Job Title : Business Development Manager

Location : Noida

Experience : 2-3 years

Sector : Food Industry

Responsibilities :

- Utilize business development skills to identify, qualify and develop relationships with prospective customers and generate new sales revenue.

- Responsible for getting new leads/ requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.

- Ensure to take a fresh lead and move it across the lead funnel while taking it to closure.

- Ability to identify customer requirements and clearly communicate our products/services to match their needs

- Understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions to them with the help of solution design team.

- After the confirmation on final commercials with the Client, prepare the contract and share it with the client.

- Track and maintain all sales activity in the company CRM

- Develop close relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales targets & ensure consistent long-term business.

- Develop & implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers & close analysis of the local market.

- Meet and exceed KPIs and monthly sales targets.

Requirements :

- Demonstrated ability to work with blue-collar staff.

- Prior experience( 2-3 years) of across logistics & warehousing industry.

- Prior experience in FMCG/F&B industry will be preferred.

- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- High level of ownership, decision making and willingness to set up things from scratch.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good command over Office tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

- Prior start-up experience would be considered as an added advantage.

- Should be able to define priorities and manage timelines efficiently

Qualifications : Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
