Business Development Manager/Product Manager

Desired Profile As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for Introducing/Launching/handling new or existing product lines for the Company. For that your keen attention will be required to analyze competitor's activities and customer's needs. You will be required to conduct researches and formulate pricing & sales strategies, production planning, sales team training.

Responsibilities :

a. Determining customers' needs and desires by conducting Market research.

b. Brand Building.

c. Analyzing market trends and finds business opportunities.

d. Preparing work plans and formulating marketing strategies.

e. Recommending scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.

f. Assessing competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

g. Facilitating inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.

h. Preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts.

i. Team handling, Recruiting, Orienting, and Training employees.

j. Designing Schemes conducting BTL activities, motivating and handling TSI.

k. Fixing month targets communication to the Sales Team and follow-up

l. North states touring will be 15-20 days in a month.

m. Advance Payment billing.

Professional Qualifications :

Any Post Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in similar profile in any FMCG sector
