Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-7 yrs)
Experience - Prior experience in FMCG Channel development, Preferably in Franchise network Setup, New Franchise Store On-boarding, New Client acquisition, Concept Selling, Direct Marketing, etc..
Industry - FMCG, Franchise Companies, Supply Chain Franchise acquisition, etc..
Skills Required :
- Should have Excellent Knowledge of Market, Project Management, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, and Leadership Skills.
- Should be good in Calculation. i.e., Margin Calculation or Profit & Loss calculation, ROI calculation, etc..
- Candidate should good in MS Excel and able to share report in prescribe format.
- Must be aware of Local geographical area and Markets.
- Should be Self-Motivated, Target Oriented & Meet the target given by management on daily basis.
Job description :
- Travel enthusiasm and can do rigorous traveling to Develop and establish the assigned cities.
- Study the market and generate lead of potential Stores as per defined criteria.
- Candidate will be responsible for meeting the store recruitment goals.
- Candidate will be responsible for account management and training of the on boarded stores.
- Identifying the potential target group and Close the deal with them.
- Coordinating with Store Owners and available to resolve their queries.
- Meeting Store On boarding targets on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
- Give appropriate feedback of market to the management and suggest action plan for feasible execution.
- Always be transparent and execute the instruction given by the management.
- Daily basis share MIS report to management of daily activity.
- Maintain high level of work ethics & culture.
