Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:
1.Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
2.Keep abreast with the stock reports,inventory,product order reorder etc.
3.Approaching Potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame.
4.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
5.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements:
1.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
2.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
3.Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
4.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
5.Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
On job training-4 months where salary shall be 30000/-with monthly business target achievement.
