Responsibilities :
1. Approaching Potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame.
2. Look after the entire business growth of the exclusive distributor and business associate.
3. Guide, coordinate and strategic marketing plans for the sale team working under his jurisdiction.
4. Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
5. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements :
1. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
2. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
On job training : 4 months where salary shall be 30000/-with monthly business target achievement.
