Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.
2. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
3. To oversee sales executives schedule and plan them accordingly.
4. To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
5. To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.
Requirements :
- Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field
- Excellent Organizational skill
- Representative skill with communication
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
