Manager - Business Development - FMCG (1-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
2. To negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.
3. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
4. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.
5. To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
Requirements :
1. Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field
2.Candidates with Bachelor s degree in any stream.
3.Representative skill with communication
4.Track record of achieving sales quotas
5.Ability to deliver engaging presentations
