Business Development Manager
- Casey Group, a trustworthy name in the FMCG segment established in Phulbani, having its corporate office at Bhubaneswar is hiring experienced sales professionals .
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. To collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
2. To set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
3. Work strategically carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
4. Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
5. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
6. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.
Requirements :
1. Must have Market Knowledge
2. Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
3. Help to plan sales campaigns
4. Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role
5. Experience in Customer Support is a plus
6. Candidates with Bachelor degree preferred.
