The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Conducting research on target audience to identifying opportunities for new business development
- Generating new business through by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Ensuring business opportunities closed in a timely manner
- Developing strong relationships with existing portfolio of clients.
- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
The Profile :
- You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B sales/ account management role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are driven by results and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
