Key Requirements :

- 2-5 years of total experience, with an individual contribution role

- Background in NBFC/Banks/DSA/B2B Sales and BD or EV segment sales will be preferred

- Demonstrated success in sourcing and converting B2B leads within the industry.

- Experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales

- Loan/Lease Financing to B2B and Corporate Clients in the automobile industry (i.e. 3W, 4W, Bus)

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including car rental companies, cab operators, fleet operators, logistic partners, cargo operators, and corporate offices.

This role would require travelling within the city.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, generate and convert B2B leads in the Electric Vehicle Ecosystem

- Drive sales through CXO outreach within the EV ecosystem and the Logistics market.

- Lead the Business Development efforts and outreach to OEMs and Enterprise EV aggregator accounts.

- Support with Financing and Value-Added Services (VAS) requirement closure for customers.

- Engage with OEMs, Dealers and Stakeholders including Banks/NBFCs

- Develop specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.

- Deliver a consultative approach to solving the pain points in the EV Financing industry and maintain a rolling pipeline.
