Manager - Business Development/Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- As a Field Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to lead and manage a team of sales. You will work closely with the senior management team to identify opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and manage the sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Set clear expectations and objectives for the team.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
Required candidate :
- Qualification: Graduate
- Age : Minimum 23 Years - Maximum 40 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
