Business Development Manager
- We are seeking a dedicated sales manager to join our company. Our Ideal sales manager has in depth knowledge of and experience with sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Role Definition :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Requirements :
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel.
- Ability to Coach, Advice, Motivate the team members.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Degree in business administration or any graduation, BBA preferred.
- Minimum 2+ year experience is required.
