Hiring Business Development for one of our esteemed client for Noida Location.

Job Description :

- Handling and promoting sales for Govt. departments, Universities, Institutes, IT companies etc.

- Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales to government agencies.

- Visiting client locations in India for giving product demos.

- Assist sales team for important meetings and client visits.

- Sales negotiation and price negotiation with clients.

- Forecasting and developing quarterly, half yearly and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Training and Refresher programs for sales team to keep them abreast with the market dynamics.

- Maintaining good rapport with existing clients for future farming and current references.

- Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Attending and participating in major seminars and conferences related to our product portfolio.

- Regular and constant follow ups with prospective clients.

- Promoting our products through internet and media for reaching out to a larger audience.


Required Skills :

- Must have 5+ years of experience in Sales/Govt. Sales

- Must have good contacts in the government sector

- Responsible for government liaisoning

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

- Team Handling skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Multi-tasking & good time management

- Must have good liaisoning experience with Government authorities
