Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) and Technical Aptitude

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.

- Well versed with various tax terms (w2, C2C, 1099) and US Immigration processes (H1b, Green Card, OPT etc.)

- Preparing the summary of every Consultants profile

- Uploading our Bench consultants resumes and hotlist daily.

- Interacting with vendors daily in order to identify requirements that suit the skill sets of our bench consultants.

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with consultants and vendors

- Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors /Direct Clients.

- Negotiate commercial agreements and rate terms to close staffing deals.

- Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.

- BDM will be allocated a recruiter initially to work on their requirements.

- The BDM need to be independent and work with their team to get the desired results (act like an independent business owner).
