ShramIn, a technology-based online platform for hiring Blue/Grey Collar workers. We at ShramIN help in the discovery and skill matching of candidates and reduce the time-consuming recruitment process for the business by using an intuitive algorithm and user-friendly features. We are hiring BDM to take over a mix of existing accounts ad new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listeners, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities : 

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

What are we looking for :

- Master's degree in business, marketing or related field from reputed institutes.

- Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Minimum 5+ yrs of experience.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.

- Prior experience in any reputed job portal will be preferred.

- Should have worked in an aggressive target driven culture

- Extreme ownership and ability to achieve results independently

- Visionary thinking, setting big goals and devising strategies to achieve them, anticipating future challenges
