Manager - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (4-9 yrs)
Erekrut is currently seeking Manager Sales to lead our business development and opportunity qualification activities within Corporates & Institutions. This position reports to the VP - Sales and you will be leading a team of business executives for Corporate & Institutions acquisition and help in fast geo expansion across the country.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard Corporates & Institutions and achieving sales target and exceeding them.
- Perform market analysis and research on competition.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Contact potential clients via email or Zoom to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from sales campaigns.
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Partner with Skilling Industry for talent acquisition
- Support team to help in achieving individual &group objectives
Required Skills :
- Full time Postgraduate from a reputed institute.
- 4+ years of experience with leading corporates / Institutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates should know to write proposals for projects etc.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Attention to details since you will be dealing with a lot of email conversations and follow-ups with prospects.
