- We are looking for energetic individuals who can work as a Business Development Manager with experience in Recruitment Industry, HR, Banking or in Corporate/B2B Sales and Business Development to help us partner with the corporates to be their preferred partner in recruiting women into the job roles in the company.

- To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
 
ROLE :

To approach targeted business clients actively set a pipeline and source new leads until getting them started. Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITY :

- Achieve forecasted sales goals

- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads

- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.

- Attending job fairs, HR summits and arranging Job Fairs

- Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.

- Set demo session with the potential customer to convert

- Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain the relationship

- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information

- Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.

- On-board customers and keep the communication alive

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3+ years of sales experience in B2B. Experience in recruiting and HR industry is preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Excellent networking skills. Go-getters are welcome

- Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management

- Fluency in English is required
