Designation : Business Development Manager

Job Location : Sion Chunabhatti

Working hours : 10:00am to 7:00pm

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)


Job Responsibility :

A. Business Development {New Client Acquisition} :

- Conduct research to identify new markets and Business needs.

- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

- Making Cold Calls to find potential Clients.

- Fixing Meetings with Companies to empanel with them for hiring requirements.

- Negotiating Commercials with the companies as per set standard and CAP limit.

- Business Mining for Key Accounts (Existing Accounts).

B. Client Servicing {Revenue Generation} :

- Managing & closing all recruitment needs within the decided time frame for each role of the company, JDs & Advertising.

- Craft relevant job descriptions, website advertising, social media recruitment updates & networking, - Shortlisting and selection of CV's, attending & scheduling interviews for all interview panel members (via zoom), maintaining the recruitment tracker & updating of the company resource plan.

- Reference check, joining documentation (ID, certificates, employee documents) closing on offer letters within defined time frame, continually developing a robust recruitment process.

- Generating revenue form the existing and new clients over and above the monthly target.
