Manager - Business Development - Events/Entertainment/Media/Brands (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.

- Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting.

- Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with necessary documentation.

- Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume.

- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth, including targeted strategies for corporate sales.

- Scout corporates to generate private event inquiries, showcase the benefits of our open-air cinema experiences, and secure bookings for corporate events.

- Reach out to corporates to offer gifting solutions and group ticket sales for their employees, clients, or business partners.

- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

- Monitor market developments and provide regular reports on business growth opportunities, with a specific focus on corporate sales.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- 4-6 years of Business Development/Corporate Sales experience preferably in Events/Entertainment/Media/Brands sector.

- Candidates with exposure and work experience in Events/Entertainment companies will be preferred.

- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including corporate clients.

- Proficiency in MS Office
