Manager - Business Development - Events & BTL (5-6 yrs)
Experience: Minimum of 05 (five) years of business development/sales experience is required including proven budget management abilities.

The candidate needs to be proactive and result driven to increase revenue and bring in new business. He / she should have a background from the media / entertainment / Hospitality industry. Experienced pan India and international will be an added advantage. He / She must also have a proven track record in sales which allows us to set targets of minimum INR 5 Crores. The candidate must be excellent at creating, building and developing new relationships in this area. This role encompasses all aspects of the development of new clients & servicing existing ones, some of the highlights are given below:
- Setting the sales strategy. Identifying target sectors, brands and content streams.
- Pursuing new business and development strategies.
- Working on festivals, theatre and events globally.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with various existing clients and mine new ones both domestic and international.
- Liaise between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management and stakeholders
- Identify market trends, gaps and niches
- Leverage technical and industry-specific knowledge to develop strategic business development plans and B2B sales strategies
- Develop incentive and marketing programs for customers
- Business prospecting and bidding
- Oversee high volume pipeline management
Desired Candidate Profile :
2) Experience in Project management will be added qualification.
