Business Development Manager (Event Management Company at Delhi)


Job Description: (4+ Years- Experience)

- Identify potential clients, create connection and present company during meetings.

- Follow-up and proactively pitch for query/new business.

- Making Presentation with creative ideas and present it to the clients.

- Communicating the clear briefs to the Operations and Create Team.

- To get the best pitch for events ready as per the requirements and to handle multiple accounts.

- Actively participate in new clients pitching and their requirement for Event services.

- Actively participate in development of Brand/Communication strategies based on clients- marketing objectives.

- Understand the client's need and making it available platform for client servicing and Operations Team

- Keeping oneself updated on latest Technologies being used for events now a days.

- Should be setting self-targets.

- Work on Campaigns, handle client meetings, take briefs and present the Agency's recommendations on such assignments.

- To prepare briefs for Events and Entertainment, compile information to support development of work for the client.

Leadership skills, Team management, Job delegation, Planning & Execution

Job Specification :

- An incumbent must be PG/UG passed out

- Must have an excellent communication skill, written and spoken both

- Must be an Ambitious & Dynamic Individual with Entrepreneurial Attitude and Account Management Skills

- Must have an experience in Event industry

- Must be Confident, Creative and up to date with Event Industry offerings

- Must have an Excellent Presentation making skills

- Must have handled multiple accounts in his/her past career.

- Must be a people's person.

- Must be updated on latest technologies being used for Events now a days.
