Manager - Business Development - ERP Sales - EdTech Firm (3-6 yrs)
Reports to : Area Manager
Job description :
1. It's a purely B2B Sales profile to sell ERP suites to SCHOOLS. The schools/clients will have to be mapped by the person. The entire life cycle of an account is manager by a single sales person.
2. After acquiring the client the job requires to get the maximum share of business.
3. There are multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common touch points are Principals, Teachers, and HOD.
- Should be a graduate
- Should preferably have exposure to Educational Sales industry.
- Should be a part of hardcore Business development team (field sales).
- Should understand the Business Dynamics.
- Good communication and presentation Skills.
- Hard negotiating skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship
Salary: 4.5 - 6 lakhs + Incentives of about 1 Lakh.
