Roles and Responsibilities
- Prior ERP sales experience
- To generate leads along & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Business proposals & Negotiating with stakeholders.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Proven ability to negotiate.
- Conflict resolution.
- Handling a team
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
- To train new joiner's related to ERP and the system.
- To Negotiate and follow up for payment with clients until they are converted into customers.
