Job Description :
- Responsible for business development through acquisition of franchisees/Business Associates for generating revenue through Equity/Commodity/Currency/Mutual Funds/Bonds/Insurance, etc
- Responsible for training and development of new franchisee in Products, Client meetings, Lead generation.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance and ensuring that the existing franchisee relationships are further strengthened.
Desired Profile
- Graduate/Post graduate with 3 year of experience into Broking, Insurance- agency recruitment.
- Aggressive and confident individuals with sound knowledge with Financial/Investment products.
- Good communication skills and presentation are a prerequisite.
- Candidates who are currently in developing equity business in Broking companies.
- Candidates who are currently in profile of acquiring agents for insurance business in Insurance companies.
- Candidates who are currently acquiring and handling IFA's [Individual Financial Advisors] in AMC's [Mutual Fund Companies]
