Roles and Responsibilities :
1. 5+ years in E R&D services selling Design and Engineering Services.
2. Should be abreast with Digital transformation across consumer products, FMCG and Appliances industry.
3. Should have demonstratable capabilities on account management, lead generation and growth strategies from sales perspective.
4. Knowledge on New Product Development would be desirable.
5. Should have basic understanding on how products are produced and workflows in engineering and production departments.
6. Should have good business acumen and able to forecast and meet agreed targets for the accounts / region.
7. Should be able to independently plan account outreach program across potential geography / industry.
