Manager - Business Development - Electrical Equipment/Pump (3-12 yrs)
- We are hiring Business Development Manager for a renowned Electrical equipment Company.
Location : Kolkata
Salary : 40000-60000/month + TA + Incentive
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/mechanical)
Experience : Minimum 4 years as Sales/Business Development of engineering products with good knowledge of cable, wire, motors etc.
Key Results Area :
- Cold calling and visit industrial clients like rice mill, plants, ongoing projects.
- Brief products of cable, wire, motor, switchgear, pump.
- Show presentation and benefits about the projects,
- Prepare report and proposal documents.
- Follow up with clients for repeat business
- Maintain good relationship.
- Market development.
- Team Handling
- Training the new team members about Sales.
- Set monthly Team goal and achieve this.
