Manager - Business Development - Education (7-14 yrs)
Must Haves :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably a technical education at the graduation level, will be preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development.
- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal).
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
- Should know cloud terminologies.
- Should be a sharp shooter, aggressive.
- Prior understanding of Domain & relationship with decision-making teams and
- Business partners to assist pipeline creation.
- Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
Good to have :
- Good exposure to cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes
- Knows agile development best practices and has scrum exposure
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Understanding of various devops technologies like Kubernetes, Helm charts, GitOps, Prometheus
