We have been retained by our client to Hire Business Development Manager at various location purely into Education Sales(EduTech). Please find brief of the client and Positions as under.

Experience : 5 -7 Yrs

Locations : Lucknow, Meerut, Chandigarh, Varanasi, Indore, Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai

Scope of Work :

- The associate in sales and marketing position will be responsible to classify the leads from potential Colleges, Universities, Schools, Channel partner etc.

- Handling Brand promotion & new product launching activities conducting promotional programs.

- Leveraging brand visibility in the designated markets through e-mails, product awareness camps & product promotions campaigns.

- Devise policies to maximize the customer satisfaction by offering them specific services.

- Leading the sales effort & assisting the team in achieving the preset revenue targets.

- Accountable for formulating sales strategy and collections for the achievement of budgeted target.

- Planning sales forecasting/projections on monthly basis.

- Working with Sales teams and providing pre-sales support including developing case studies, proposals, and presentations and arranging conference calls.

- Present new products and services to various schools, colleges, universities and enhance existing relationships

- Preparing proposals, Tenders, draft and supporting documents like case studies, acknowledgment letters.

- Tracking and qualifying new opportunities on various portals (Govt. / non Govt.) and websites.

- Plan approaches and pitches work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team.

Must Have :

- Experience ERP Sales & Educational Software Sales.

- Mandatory experience in selling Education ERP to Schools and Colleges.

- Experience in selling products to Educational Institutions (Products like ERP Software's, Lab Software's, etc).

- The candidates are required for outdoor sales so should be ready to travel. Should have excellent command and fluency in English language.
