Manager - Business Development - Education (3-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement: 

- Meet revenue numbers through individual targets

- Only hot leads are shared and they need to be converted into Sales

- Deep understanding of Sales is required, and the candidate should be able to build the right plans from concept to execution.

We are looking for Sales conversion experts : 

- The role is a mix of Individual Contribution (IC) and Team Management. In the first 3 months, the role will be 100% IC.

- Eventually in 9 month the roles becomes 50% IC and 50% Team Management.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch 


- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon - 2.5 to 8 years of Direct Sales work ex (Preferably in a b2c or b2b Startup)

- Past entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
