- As a Business Development Manager specializing in Education Sales, your primary objective is to nurture and expand relationships with strategically vital large customers. You hold the key to achieving sales quotas and meeting assigned strategic account objectives. Your role encompasses representing our comprehensive range of company products and services to designated customers within the Education Domain. You will lead the customer account planning cycle, ensuring that the needs of our assigned customers are met while aligning with the company's expectations.

Job Responsibilities :

- Create sales opportunities through networking, relationship building, and outdoor activities.

- Perform area mapping, cold calling, and prospecting.

- Establish and manage an Education database, taking responsibility for lead generation and deal closure with proper documentation.

- Identify potential opportunities to boost business volume.

- Develop and execute strategies for attaining sales goals.

- Prepare regular sales reports.

- Be proficient in forecasting sales in terms of numbers and revenue.

- Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and offerings to identify areas for improvement or new requirements.

- Drive the development and achievement of sales directly.

- Focus on expanding and developing new clients while generating new business.

- Foster productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in designated accounts.

- Achieve the assigned sales quota in key accounts.

- Fulfill expectations for profitability as per assignments.

- Accomplish strategic customer objectives defined by company management. Prepare key customer account plans that align with company standards.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, ensuring they meet company expectations.
