Currently we have an urgent job opening for a Business Development Manager with one of our clients, located at Model Town, Delhi.

Our Client provides Neuroplasticity memory courses to school & college students, who are preparing for any competitive exams. They are Specialized in Memory Course, Concentration & Focus, Overthinking, Distraction, Psychological Counselling, and Corporate Training.

Designation: Business Development Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description:

Our Client is a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our presence and drive growth within the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and developing strategies to promote our products/services within the educational landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Visiting Colleges.

- Giving presentation to principals.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, administrators, and stakeholders in the education industry.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies to showcase our products/services.

- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

- Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skill Set:

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or relevant roles within the education sector.

- Deep understanding of the education industry, including current trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.

- Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and attend industry events.
