Job Role: Business Development Manager

Location: NOIDA

Department: Sales & Operations

Reporting To: Director - Sales and Operations

Role of the BDM:

1. Managing Operations in the North Region

a. Interact with students/ corporate and colleges in the west to understand all logistical requirements for conducting assessments and trainings

b. Set up assessment centers/ training programs by co-ordinating with clients and managing the logistics during the training/ assessment

2. Revenue Targets - Target Achievements

a. Achieve revenue targets quarter on quarter by engaging with prospective clients regularly

b. Identifying competition, market trends etc. and devising means to increase sales. Execute plans after requisite approvals.

c. Devise mechanisms to drive client loyalty

d. Provide suggestions on product or operational innovation

3. Client Satisfaction

a. Ensure Client satisfaction through flawless execution of assessment centers

b. Process improvements to better service levels and satisfaction scores

c. Identifying trends and analysing data to improve Client satisfaction

d. Managing irate Clients through personal interaction

e. Manage the payouts of all freelancers in the West

Profile of Candidate

- Graduate/ MBA from a good college with above average marks

- Excellent written communication skills (English)

- Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi)

- Proven track record in extracurricular activities

- Team Player

- Skills: lability to develop and maintain relationships, willingness to work hands-on, willingness to work long hours, ability to work in an unstructured environment
