Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges on a daily basis, conducting seminars, covering all colleges in the cluster, with a focus on Diploma & ITI programs.
- The candidate must maintain proper data of all contacts in the college, student wise data/details of every college, and competitor details.
Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges on a daily basis and conduct seminars
- Cover all colleges in the cluster with a focus on Diploma & ITI programs
- Maintain proper data of all contacts in the college
- Maintain student-wise data/details of every college
- Maintain competitor details
- Plan and execute centre level/cluster job fairs 2 months once
- Plan and execute road shows 2 months once
- Plan and execute external activities with every centre
- Ensure every centre is getting a minimum of 100 enquiries
- Ensure every manager approaches a minimum of 200 colleges
- Achieve 50 MOUs per manager for any product of any brand
- Work closely with Technical Support and Placement team
Requirements- :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Familiarity with the education industry
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
