Job Responsibilities:

- Making New Customers

- Development of Existing Customers

- Introduction of Company & Products in the Market

- Submitting a Daily Working Schedule to Manager

- Making meeting plans with customers and convincing them to buy the products

- Taking Request For Quotation from the Customer with complete technical specifications and with a complete understanding of customer requirements

- Submission of quotation and follow up for Purchase Order

- Taking full responsibility of the sales cycle and technical support

- Taking care of payment from customer

- B2B and Institutional Sales

Sales Incentive : There is also a variable sales incentive component in addition to the fixed salary.

Desired Experience :

1) Proven selling and customer service experience to B2B customers across Punjab

2) Established and proven network and contacts with Customers

3) Should have a track record of handling annual sales turnover of more than Rs.1 Crs (annually)

4) Should have a track record of up-selling (higher margins) and cross-selling products (diverse categories)

Desired Skills :

1) Dynamic person with integrity towards organizational objectives

2) Effective communicator with deep understanding of customer expectations

3) Should be very well conversant with MS Excel, MS Power Point and using CRM
