Manager - Business Development - Digital Signage Industry (2-3 yrs)

Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence within the digital signage industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, develop strategic partnerships, and nurture existing relationships to generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross functional teams to tailor our Display & Digital Signage solutions to the unique needs of clients and contribute to achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Prospecting and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the digital signage industry through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning our digital signage solutions effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

2. Solution Consultation and Presentation:

  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop customized digital signage solutions based on client requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our digital signage offerings.
  • Provide insightful product knowledge and address client inquiries to promote informed decision-making.

3. Business Development Strategies:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement in our offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, sales pitches, and other promotional materials.

4. Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead identification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets to management.

5. Market Intelligence and Feedback:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Master's degree in Business Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the digital signage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive and strategic approach.
