Objective of the role :

- Digital Transformation can enable businesses to survive the disruption in their businesses and markets due to technology changes and further power their growth by creating new opportunities that are address with a more robust and efficient organization and processes.

- Our Aim is to reach to the millions of SMEs spread across the country and enable them to become Digitally ready - typical steps could be - e-payments, Web site, E commerce, SEO, Digital Marketing.

- Your main target is to sell to the SME segment.

Job Role : Manager - Business Development

Experience Level : 5 to 7 Years

Job Location : Pan India - Across all major cities in India

Roles and Responsibilities :

The job role would broadly involve :

- Identify opportunities for DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION of Client businesses and companies.

- Develop new business in the field of Digital Transformation which would be combination of Mobile Applications, Digital Platforms, Online Branding, Website Design, Website Development, E-Commerce, Content Management Systems (CMS Website Development)

- Identifying potential customers, create proposals/pitch and presentations - both online & offline

- Account Management - Taking ownership and providing the end-to-end services required to all the customers with regards to the digital transformation

- Understanding client business requirements and effectively communicating how they will benefit by partnering with Indiamap Digital for their business Digital Transformation; leading to successful closure of lead.

- Contacting potential clients in person, email and phone to establish rapport and organise meetings with stakeholders.

- Attending meetings in your city as necessary with the clients to sign off contracts.

- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and addresses their needs effectively

- Negotiate in person, phone, email

- Work in tandem with company goals and showcase potential to exceed targets

Required Skills and Experience :

- Go getter and Skillful negotiator.

- Graduate with good spoken & written English

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Must possess a passion for sales and for growing alongside a bold disruptor of the multi-million dollar Ecommerce and Web development industry

- Must have ability to discern client's requirements and convince to close the order

- Must be self-motivated & driven

- Prior experience in sales for ecommerce, web & advertising agencies will be a huge plus
