Manager - Business Development - Digital Marketing Services (2-5 yrs)

You will be working closely with the leadership teams and other cross-functional groups to create best in class solutions for our B2B & SMB customers. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of our growing technology business. You will be responsible for developing full cycle CRM and B2B Marketing strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will own planning and ad-hoc campaign creation from strategy to sharing post campaign results.

What will you do ?

- Build an email marketing program, including lifecycle, transactional and ad-hoc campaigns. Apply your analytical abilities and creative talents to develop world-class email marketing campaigns.

- Champion continuous advancement of marketing automation features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, and template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including development teams, designers, business teams, and others.

- Manage step-by-step process of campaigns including but not limited to coordination with design and editorial, defining template structure with marketing, structuring A/B tests, setting up campaign and delivery, and reporting on results.

- Work closely with marketing team on calendar planning, project prioritization and performance tracking, and implement integrated campaigns across advertising, social, email, and other channels

- Create relevant reporting and analytics which provide insight into issues and opportunities leading to action.

- Identify & Evaluate and qualify targeted relevant companies to work with

- Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email, and social touches.

- Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month.

- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

What can you bring?

Essential :

- BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, merchandising or related field

- Proven ability to build a pipeline of qualified leads and nurture them along the customer journey

- Track record of creating marketing strategies that inspire customers and drive revenue

- Experience driving demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels.

- Deep understanding of the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, email service providers and CRM

- Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution

- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities

- Proficient in analyzing and reporting on KPIs - Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)

- Excellent presentation and ppt skills.

- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing at a SaaS or Product company

- Attested experience constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc

- Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, email campaigns, social media, content marketing etc.

- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail

Desired:

- MBA in Marketing or or equivalent experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, client acquisition and customer engagement

- Diploma in digital marketing and CRM will be an advantage

- Prior experience in working with Salesforce is an advantage
